Premium Wellness & Wine Hotel

If you feel like treating yourself to a nice hotel in Znojmo, this is the correct address. The rooms are spacious enough for a couple days' stay, the beds very comfortable. Do not be concerned about the shower / toilet set up as seen in the pictures - the door to the bathroom can be fully closed as it is part of the shower, but bear in mind if the someone takes as shower and closes the door, the toilet is 'open'. We did not experience any major issue with this. Breakfast as overall okay, I expected a bit more fruit variety than just 1 big bowl of mixed cut fruit in their 'sauces', and some apples in separate one. Also a little bit disappointed that on a Sunday, despite it being only 9:30 (breakfast officially until 10:00), the croissants were not refilled. The wellness are is quaint, did not use the pool or jacuzzi but according to a friend of ours, it is possible to swim a little in it once all the small screaming children are gone for the day (so ideally, best to go after 19:00). The sauna area was also alright, although I have to concur with other guests that for hotel guests, any kind of wellness should be free of charge given the price you pay for the room. I had a full body aroma massage, which was divine. The massage therapist Martin was very skilled and identified my problem areas without me needing to mention anything. Highly recommend booking a session with him.

Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was deeply disappointing from start to finish. We never felt welcome—neither as guests nor as paying customers expecting a certain standard of service. Accommodation: The room did not meet expectations and certainly didn’t match the way it was presented online. Cleanliness was questionable, the furnishings were outdated, and the overall comfort level was far below what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Staff: The reception and general hotel staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Rather than being met with a friendly, accommodating attitude, we were often met with indifference or even borderline rudeness. Hospitality seemed to be a foreign concept here. Management: When we attempted to raise our concerns, hotel management showed zero interest in resolving anything. There was no effort to apologize or offer a solution—just excuses and a complete refusal to take responsibility. Overall, I would not recommend Hotel Premium Znojmo to anyone seeking quality service, a pleasant environment, or professional treatment. Sadly, this experience has only confirmed that we won’t be returning—and we suggest others look elsewhere as well.

Only 1 Star – Disappointing Experience The hotel is large and well-maintained, but the wellness area is far too small for the size of the property. Overall, our stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed by the receptionist that the wellness area would be free of charge, as it was newly renovated and the water was too cold. However, during checkout, we were unexpectedly charged an additional €100, with the explanation that wellness usage had to be paid for after all. I also requested a foot massage, which was declined in a very unfriendly manner. The staff member seemed visibly annoyed and was quite rude – especially after learning that I am pregnant. We used the wellness area only once. The second time we tried to enter, it was overcrowded and we left – yet we were still charged for that visit. Overall, the service was disorganized and not customer-friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.
