DESERVE 5 STAR Everything was incredibly beautiful. We stayed for a week with my family -- 2 children. At first, we were a bit scared because of the bad reviews but the hotel surprised us a lot - in a good way! The rooms are good, the staff is cleaning the rooms every day. The food is better than I expected. So much variety, tasty and fresh. Especially my kids loved all dinner, lunch and breakfast and our plates were always full of delicious meats (of course the snack bar is great!!!) We loved the atmosphere of Presa Di FINIKA, this was my second time in Turkey. We are definitely considering this hotel for next year!!! I recommend it, don't pay attention to bad reviews. I don't understand people who are not satisfied with anything. The hotel is nice enough for the staff, food, cleanliness and other things. Thank you so much for all staff for your kindness by the way.
Came here with my family and wow this place is AMAZING... service is excellent (the cleaners are amazing) the location is even better, you can see the mountains and ohhh boy they're beautiful. The rooms are nice although the AC is a bit lackluster, aside from that everything here is amazing. Now for the food, they have almost everything here; rice, pasta, burgers, meats, fries, fresh fruit, juices, soups, sauces, the view from the outside section of the buffet is amazing aswell. Overall: Everything is great, would come again and would give 10 stars if I could.
WARNING! This is NOT a 5 Star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It is 2 star at best. I am currently at this hotel and will update this review with pictures and more details. Read all the other 1-2 star reviews on here. They are all accurate. Update: The hotel Guest Relations team saw this review and reached out to discuss our feedback in detail. We provided various points of improvement from a 5 star property such as - - clear communication/ signage missing for food or events around the hotel - broken bed (shown) or lack of proper Air conditioning in the room (this was supposed to be repaired but was not done when we were there even though they asked for a window of time) - beach towels not provided in room and Infact they require a deposit from all guests - food not being up to expected standard - piles dirty dishes in the restaurant that are not cleaned - only one person available to help guests with bags at reception - all sun beds are hard plastic with no cushions available (except in cabanas or sun beds for which they charge extra) - overall experience isn’t 5 star, which was acknowledged by GR team The GR team outlined that they are actively working to improve the overall experience and they know that it is currently subpar. This is due to the fact that the ownership has changed recently and they have not had the time to bring in the improvements. They also highlighted that this is reflective in the pricing of rooms. They assured us that the property and experience would improve significantly next season (2026). My conclusion stands that this isn’t a 5-star property today. Will it be next year depends on how much of this feedback is incorporated. I would urge everyone to look past the glowing 5 star reviews and look into when the 1-2 star reviews are posted and what specifically they call out. As for value, I’d say the bones of the hotel are good but they have neglected it far too much and it’s fallen in a state of disrepair. They have very nice large rooms and the facilities built are good but need looking after. Again it has potential to be great and hopefully gets there.
