President Hotel by Hrazdan Hotel CJSC

Room was exactly as advertised, nothing to say here. Pool is great, pool bar/menu prices were reasonable. Breakfast was pathetic: too little of choice, too low of quality. For a 4 star hotel and that pricetag, much more needs to be done for breakfast. Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. The place is understaffed, ptobably because management wants to save $$$ on the expense of the customer.

Poor service quality, even if you want to enjoy the pool you cannot because the music is really too loud and the person in charge of it was quite detestable and not polite. They refused to the reduce the level, forget your chilling moment around the Pool : IT IS NOT POSSIBLE

I was not a client of the hotel but of the swimming pool. The music was so loud, we wanted to read, discuss: impossible. We kindly asked the manager to at least lower the volume, she didn’t want to hear our point or propose any solution, and has been very unpleasant with us. We paid 10 000 amd. And we were a groupe of 6 people. This is not acceptable. Plus, in case of a children drowning in the pool, no one hears it. This a family frequented swimming pool, stop thinking we are in Ibiza.
