President Hotel Valamar Collection

Wow! This is an awesome hotel/resort in what I consider an ideal location with some beautiful views looking out to the Adriatic Sea. It is located about a 15/20 minutes drive from the Old Town where the main tourist activity is, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which is so convenient and the best way to get to the Old Town. You can get daily return bus tickets from the hotel shop at a much cheaper fare compared to buying the tickets from the bus. The resort itself is awesome. The room we had did perhaps need a little touch up if I was to be picky, but overall it was spacious, clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. The breakfast was very good with lots of fresh delicious options to choose from and the views from the terrace while having breakfast, with the cute little birds hoping around was just lovely and really does give you a good start to the day. The grounds and the pool area and the private beach were really nice too, clean and lots or space available. However, the one thing that was most impressive, were the hotel staff. The service from the whole team, whether it was the receptionists, housekeepers, waiters, bar staff or concierge were faultless. We were always greeted with a smile and I really couldn’t fault them. These men and women are really what made our stay that extra special and deserve huge credit.

We had a fantastic stay at the President Hotel! Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—with absolutely breathtaking views that we couldn’t get enough of. Waking up to that scenery every morning was such a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They really made us feel at home and added a personal touch to the entire stay. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to choose from. It was the perfect start to each day. Overall, everything about our stay was top-notch. Highly recommend the President Hotel for anyone looking for comfort, amazing views, and outstanding hospitality!

Great yet brief stay at this hotel. Special shout out to Benjamin and Rosario for being so welcoming and facilitating a lovely upgrade which was a nice surprise after our long journey. \ Beautiful location with gorgeous views and a really nice place. The beach swim in the morning was amazing and the sunset even better. Breakfast was very good and dinner at La Mer was really nice. All too brief, yet a wonderful stay.
