I will not be returning and for the price, I can't recommend staying at this location. Although there are some positives, unfortunately the front office staff and management did very little to try to help compensate for not having air conditioning and my room getting up to 80 degrees F on the last night I was there. I tried to communicate with management before writing a review, but they seemed uninterested in trying to make it right and just offered me a couple of IHG points (not even worth 7% of what I paid for my stay). See below for more details but I can't recommend this location. Room Comments: - The upstairs shower has inconsistent water pressure. It sprays a lot of water, then a little water. The pressure changes without moving it. The water also cools down and gets very hot without moving it. This can be very dangerous because someone could get burned. - The bathroom sink won't drain. This is very easy to fix but it is not good when you are brushing your teeth or washing your hands and there is a puddle of water in the sink. - The toilet doesn't work properly. It seems to be flushin very little water or it's clogged because sometimes I had to flush it two or three times to get it to work properly. Comments on the service: - The room cleaners did a very good job and were very respectful. - The man who came to fix the air conditioning was very respectful and tried to help with the room change. - Room service was fast, the food was very good, and it arrived hot. Very good. - I didn't like that, during my checkout, I told the employee about not having air conditioning all night and in the morning (it was hot this week). She didn't try to make it right and immediately changed the subject and asked me where I wanted my receipt for my stay. They made no effort to right the issue during my check out and only offered me $25 worth of points to compensate after I emailed corporate. I have stayed here before but there are too many good hotels around the area to deal with bad service. Look elsewhere.

This was by far my least favorite InterContinental hotel stay. When we arrived an hour before check-in, the front desk staff was noticeably rude. Instead of a warm welcome, especially considering I’m a Platinum member, we were met with a cold demeanor—no greeting, no smile. He simply told us the room wasn’t ready, as if we were bothering him. Later, after settling in, another staff member called our room to say she had made a mistake in giving us a $20 voucher and that we weren’t actually eligible for late check-out—very unprofessional and disruptive. The next day, I had an issue at the restaurant where my order was incorrect and I was overcharged. They promised a refund, but it never came, and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Communication was another major issue. Many of the staff, especially at the restaurant, couldn’t speak English, which was surprising for an international hotel brand. The only bright spot was the concierge lady, who was kind and helpful in booking a local trip for us. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I will not be returning.

Stayed here 3 days and 2 nights. My family and I have stayed here before and never had a complaint until this last time. On the second night our Room AC stopped working at around 11:30pm, it was a little over 80 degrees outside. We notified the hotel staff and because it was late night they would have someone come look at it in the morning. We went ahead called again in the morning about 30 minutes later they had a tech come out our room was 80 degrees. They offered to move us rooms at 10:45 am when check out was at 12pm. Management didn't do anything to make it right and the front desk staff didn't care when we let them know we had a horrible experience. Our room was hotter than the temperature outside. I submitted a complaint a week ago and haven't received a response or any sort of follow up. They will be losing a customer.
