Just wanna thank you XHON RECEPTIONIST for his amazing and kind customer service ! He was from the first time with the smile on the face and always ready to help! Cleaners was good as well Rooms was tidy and clean Breakfast poor Location great 1 min walk to the sky dental I am happy to stay in this hotel
Very clean, nice room and hotel. I think good for the price though. The garden is lovely, well maden. Although the wifi connection was very bad. The hotel have a rule which says you cannot bring with you any food or drinks buyed outside which honestly I can't believe. If they find in your garbage something bough out they are gonna make you pay.. The mini bar was filled with water and some other drinks but we didn't knew that we have to pay. We understood that when we check out. Our room was looking to the street and it was a bit loud in mornings.
Paid for an "Executive Suite" room with spa tub. Upon arrival at 830pm after a long day of travel we were shocked to learn that the water to the spa trickled in and was not warm at all. Shower did not have warm water either. After complaining to the front desk that hot water was a big reason we rented this hotel room. They said a mechanic would we told about it the next day?!? So much for bathing or showering today I guess. Also there was were trim boards just laying on the floor like for a construction project for some reason. This room was twice as much as others in the area I priced. I reserved here because of the Suite with tub and ended up with zero hot water and water only trickling out of the faucets. Not happy at all.
