The hotel was fantastic; clean and tidy, well appointed and check in was easy. Staff were very helpful both at time of booking and at arrival. We dined at the restaurant at Konrad’s, and the food was fantastic. I had a Brie burger with Caesar salad, and the salad was loaded with bacon and Parmesan. It was fantastic. Great stay!
Our recent stay was pleasant. The location is very near the main roundabout, close to shops and restaurants, and only a short drive (or longer walk) to the hot springs and Sinclair Canyon. (Invermere is a little further, but still only a short drive away.). The room was clean and there is a large pool and hot tub on the bottom floor. Free coffee in the lobby area in a nice amenity. Received a voucher for the on-site restaurant in lieu of housekeeping; good food with a very reasonable kids menu. Would stay again.
I checked in on Tuesday, August 12th. I was told because I was staying 3 nights, I had the option of taking a $20 dollar gift certificate to the hotel restaurant instead of having housekeeping come into the room. I declined the offer. I get after the first night the room probably won’t be full refreshed, but I expected new towels. When that didn't happen I walked to the front desk and got them myself. On Thursday upon leaving the hotel to conduct our business of the day, I stopped at the front desk to ask if we were scheduled for housekeeping. The person looked us up in the computer and said yes. When we returned at 6 pm, our room had not been serviced in anyway. Piled up garbage, piled up towels, beds not made. I headed back to the front desk and asked did we get forgotten. She looked our room up and said they had a lot of rooms to do that day and we were low priority so it did not get done. I was stunned. I was told they would take $20 dollars of my bill. Really, when you pay over $300 dollars a night, I want a clean room, not $20 dollars off my bill. I did not book a 4 star hotel to receive such poor service.
