Prestige Resort

We visited the aqua park, the price to enter is outrageous. Then we could only eat there as you cannot bring food in with you and the food was disgusting. The burger had lots of tomatoes and cucumbers and hardly any meat also we have hard piece of black plastic inside that broke my tooth. We will not be coming back here during our stay.

The Tiles was slippery, my son get hurt in first 10 min, my self I am from that City now I live abroad. The best choice is the sea for me. For kids is the pool , the slides were OK I think that they enjoy one day there.

The worst place to stay we have ever stayed. The reception has a 5 star sign (which is a remnant of a hotel that was demolished in 2022, but they kept the stars here at the reception), in reality it is a resort that has the quality of an overpriced and poorly maintained campsite. There is mold in the bathrooms, there is dirt and mess all over the resort, the pool is filled with a hose directly from the sea and the water park, which is why we chose this hotel, was out of service when we arrived. We paid for all inclusive, but the outdoor all inclusive bar is empty (there is no drink or service), the food offer for lunch is very modest and the food at the afternoon snack bar ran out after 10 minutes and no one replenished it. It was our first and absolutely disgusting experience with Albania. Fortunately, we had booked our stay through a travel agency and thanks to our complaints, they soon accommodated us in another hotel.
