Superior customer service!! Shout out to Ayushi Shukla - Guest Services Coordinator and the General Manager - Nima Sherpa! Outstanding customer service, I can’t thank you enough for going the extra mile for me. I will most certainly book here again for all my monthly visits to Cranbrook, I really appreciate everything you did for me and accommodating me. The rooms are so bright, clean, spacious and welcoming. The TVs are huge, the AC works fantastic on a hot day like today 35 degrees! The parking lot is large and accessible and close to the entrance. The beds are comfy and the wifi is strong! Literally can’t explain how comfortable this hotel is. Thank you again Ayushi & Nima! 5 star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shelby M
Really nice rooms at this hotel, unfortunately our room had black hairs in the bathroom. They took off the 30 dollar pet fee to compensate. Service gets only 3 stars because when I checked in they would not match the online room price of $161 for 2 queen beds. The best they could do was $185. I would recommend this hotel if you want a nice room!
We checked in, got to the room and the keys didn't work. Went back down and got them re-keyed and they still didn't work. Was told to wait 10 minutes for someone to change the battery. Meanwhile they checked in at least 5 other groups, there were 3 staff at the desk!!!!!! Then as we are waiting another couple was checked into the same room we were. Seriously????? Then the one staff member, older gentlemen had the nerve to shush us while we were trying to explain what was happening. No apologies except for the new staff (who was amazing! And it was her first day, poor girl, she deserves a raise!). And as the staff was fixing our door another guest on the same floor had issues too. And once they arrived to the door it was a quick battery change. Took 2 minutes. I understand it's busy and lots of things are happening but for a staff member to be rude enough to shush a guest who wasn't even talking to him is not good customer service.
