Good staff and rooms. Property is 5 mts walking distance from Sinh Sadan (Safari start point). The property has restaurant - decent food taste and there is scope for improvement. All staff are very nice and helpful.

I just available only dinning service with the hotel restaurant. The food served was fresh, nutritious, tasty and also optimally portioned. Beside staff being very polite and cooperative. However, the criteria for charging 18% tax on the food items were not understood/clarified.

Absolutely awful and filthy to the brim. The washrooms are the worst I have seen in a long time. Do not expect hygiene at all. They don't have cots or sofa-cum-bed for extra people, they'll literally just take a disgusting mattress and place it on the floor. I requested to change the room where they have a window bench so that I don't have to sleep on the floor - they downgraded my room without any change in the amount. I paid more to have a bigger room. The service is such a joke that I had to knock on the kitchen door to get 1 person to listen to our queries. I had food included in my room package so I was expecting a buffet like other hotels. Instead of that, they already make all the food and serve it on your table haphazardly, you're not given a menu or the choice to pick your food. You eat what they serve. The paneer was spoiled actually, it was stinking and god knows how old it was. The only good side is the proximity to the Gir reception. Please do not visit here and get something nicer for cheaper even if it's farther away. Atrocious hotel.
