It has a great mountain backdrop with well maintained garden. Rooms could be better and the food can be much better along with being less salty. But the staff were friendly
Absolutely disappointed with my stay. The hospitality was shockingly poor, service was consistently delayed and inefficient, and to make matters worse, the General Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money or time — would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and respectful getaway.
This was by far the worst resort experience I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely non-cooperative from the moment we arrived. They behaved like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. Simple requests were ignored or met with attitude, and no one seemed interested in helping or resolving even the smallest issues. Hospitality was absolutely missing — and for a resort, that’s just unacceptable. The atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming the entire time. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It completely ruined our trip. Avoid at all costs!
