Service was superb, male staff specially at night duty hours on 17-19 feb. Delivered an extraordinary gesture. Even service people visiting the room were very calm and infact never looked back for tips once the issue or service request gets closed. I generally find in many hotels service people wait for money as tips but here things were extraordinary good. Aside male staff upon our call immediately sent a service guy for help in unlocking our luggage and same night around 2 AM when we asked for medical help that reception manager took out medicines and provided us as a remedy. Food is ok and good but offered tea or coffee need to introspect
Hotel Pride's room were luxury and hotel decoration was good. The swimming pool was clean and big, which is a good thing. The staff was very cooperative. The atmosphere of the banquet hall was very good. All the dishes were very tasty and were in their original form. Mr. Sandeep's nature was very good and cooperative.
Little remotely located on the by-pass, the rooms are clean but needs a little maintenance, specially the drainage. Services are excellent specially Ms Mayuri who helped us in all possible way for any complaints that we had. Food is good, breakfast is excellent.
