I recently stayed at Hotel Pride Plaza and was thoroughly impressed with the breakfast experience. The buffet offered a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes—continental, Indian, and even a few Asian dishes. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were noticeable in every bite. The live counters for dosas and omelets added a personalized touch, and the chefs were courteous and accommodating to specific preferences. I especially enjoyed the variety of fresh fruits, juices, and bakery items; the croissants were particularly flaky and delicious. The ambiance of the dining area was warm and welcoming, with prompt service from the staff who ensured that tables were clean and guests were attended to quickly. Coffee and tea were served hot and replenished without having to ask. Overall, the breakfast at Pride Plaza was a delightful start to the day and stood out as one of the highlights of my stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hearty and satisfying morning meal.

Experience what should I Say .. Service wise Good but property wise Not Good .. Excellent Staff To Help and Take Care of You inspite of the issues with the Property. The Reception Staffs, Cafe Treat Staffs & Security including Managers have taken lot of effort to give the best of service and respect. I Thank You All

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Stay I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, they mentioned that a welcome drink would be provided on arrival, but it was never served. The worst part of my stay was the breakfast mishap. I had specifically asked the staff to pack a vegetarian breakfast as I am a strict vegetarian. However, they packed a non-vegetarian sandwich without any label or indication. Trusting the hotel, I took a bite — only to realize something was off. When I checked with the staff, they casually admitted it was non-veg and simply said sorry. This is not just careless; it’s highly insensitive and unacceptable, especially for someone with dietary restrictions based on personal or religious reasons. Additionally, the room was far from comfortable. There was no ventilation, and a strong smell of moisture lingered in the room, mattress, and even the comforter. It made the stay extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have specific dietary preferences or expect basic hygiene and comfort.
