Wow! Wow! Great customer service, very friendly staff. On day 1, this one guy at the hotel showed us the different restaurants and bars with genuine smile. Staff is always willing to help so that you never feel out of place. It was really enjoyable! Family friendly too. We even tried extending our stay by one day but were told the place was fully booked! That says a lot. Definitely coming back again.

Great all round family experience. Wonderful shows every night, fantastic kids club, awesome pool and delicious food that is diverse and inviting. Big thumbs up for the friendly and very helpful staff and animation team.

The hotel has a lot of positives — it’s in a great location right next to the beach, with two swimming pools. The food was good with plenty of choice, although it became a bit repetitive as most of the options stayed the same each day. The staff were nice and friendly. However, there are also several downsides. Mealtimes rarely started at the scheduled hours, which was frustrating. The loud music during the day and evenings quickly became overwhelming after the first couple of days. The rooms are in need of updating and redecorating, and there was some misleading information about the facilities available. Finally, the all-inclusive package was disappointing, as it didn’t even include something as simple as ice cream for children.
