Was checked in by IREEN after a delayed kenya airways flight. She handled our frustration professionally and maintained a smile. She explained about the hotel restaurant and timings. Rooms were clean except having empty body wash lotion laying over in the bathroom. Thanks to the staff in the restaurant, they are helpful and quick to ask if you need anything.(sorry didn't get names of most girls there) . I would recommend and will probably come back. Bar has a view
Beautiful ambiance but the food was not tasty esp the sausage and fries once cold
Hated the stay there! ́never seen a hotel with a night club just under their rooms. We booked the hotel to be able to rest to take our flight early morning ! But i think it would have been better to sleep at the airport. Plus no hot water and fridge not working.
