Our family stay at Prima Link Petah Tikva was excellent overall. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our entire family feel welcome from check-in to departure. The service quality was top-notch - prompt room service, efficient front desk, and attentive housekeeping. The hotel's amenities were impressive and well-maintained. What stood out most was the staff's genuine willingness to help with any request. The only improvement we'd suggest is expanding their vegan food options - while they did have some plant-based choices, a greater variety would definitely enhance the dining experience for vegan guests. If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding service - Prima Link delivers at the highest level.

My wife and I had a fantastic two-week stay at this hotel. Everything—from the welcoming staff to the comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and exceptional cleanliness—exceeded our expectations. The hotel was impeccably maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location was perfect for us, and even for tourists, it’s incredibly convenient. The R1 line, Belinson station, was just a two-minute walk away, making it effortless to reach Tel Aviv or Jaffa in just 15–20 minutes. We took advantage of the R1 several times in the evenings, and it was a smooth and convenient way to get around. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Israel!
