We recently stayed at the Prima Palace Hotel in Jerusalem and had a wonderful experience! The upgraded room with a balcony on the first floor was a great choice - it was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and the Shabbat food and breakfast were delicious, with a big variety of options. Plus, the location is fantastic - within walking distance to the Kotel. Highly recommend
I am claustrophobic and went to another hotel, which didn’t work. I felt so claustrophobic. I was transferred to this hotel and it was so much better and I didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. Our room had a balcony with a table and chairs, a big window and door you can open. The staff was so helpful and nice, and the breakfast was amazing as well. This will be my hotel going forward whenever I visit Jerusalem. Price is reasonable.
Great location. VERY close to Ben yehuda street and the shuk. Very small rooms. Breakfast was ok, but not very fresh. Shampoo and soap dispensers dont work at all. NO PARKING. No pool. No balconies excpt for 1st floor.
