"The hotel surpassed all my expectations! I came for a special seminar given by the National Library of Israel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. They kept the cohort together as much as possible on the same floor, The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. And all the amenities needed were available, but best of all was the romantic view of the city (Especially the rooftop) which was absolutely splendid. The breakfast spread was very good and tasty. And I will certainly return during my next visit!"

Amazing stay, lovely room very clean and daily refreshed. Great breakfast large selection. Staff were great and extremely helpful, especially Dina who was always there to help. Will definitely be returning.

I don’t understand how this hotel received such a high rating. My family, friends, and I were very disappointed. We were two families, each a couple with one child, and the rooms we received were tiny — barely enough space for a bed and our suitcases. There was hardly any room to move around. The breakfast was awful and didn’t match the standard found in most hotels. It wasn’t rich and varied as described on the hotel’s website; instead, it was extremely basic with a very limited selection. The food was cold and not fresh, there was no omelet or coffee station, the salads were dry and had clearly been sitting out for hours, the pastries and bread were store-bought, not freshly made. We were shocked to see that the Saturday morning jachnun came with store-bought tomato sauce instead of fresh homemade tomato dip. Dinner was slightly better, but still, the food was cold and far from high quality. The service at the hotel was slow, and most of the time, the front desk didn’t answer the phone. The only advantages of this hotel are its location — close to the Old City, free parking (if you arrive early enough), and the cleanliness of the rooms. I also want to mention that I left a negative review when checking out, but no one bothered to get back to me. To summerize, very disappointing and I will not return.
