I stayed for 4 nights here. The facilities are new, clean, and neat. Breakfast was good. The only problem that I had with the wardrobe as the stick of hanging clothes was too heigh ( honestly need a chair to reach it!) Special thanks to reception team, Mr. Ahmed ( housekeeping supervisor), and finally Mr. Fathy who was so professional indeed. I’d have given 5 stars if my notes were not there.
The hotel in general requires a lot of renovation and improvement. The reception looks so poor, it looks like a security counter. The restaurant serves only breakfast meal (which is acceptable by the way), no lunch nor dinner are served here!! The staff are very polite and friendly. The room actually was very good, nice furniture and clean, but the TV remote control was broken! The hotel's location is not good at all, near a cross which leads you directly to a highway, all nearby exists are closed, it takes long time to reach to the hotel due to many detours.
Very noisy room, close to some highway, extra noise coming from 2 AC units placed exactly below the window, adjacent room with very thin wall and door, there is an actual gap below the door about one-two centimeters. I can clearly hear everything my neighbors do. There are no blacklight curtains and the curtains installed are poorly installed. Room was found dirty, carpet not cleaned, overall horrible experience. Breakfast is bad, no variety nor quality. Place is also like the rest of the hotel, dirty. Internet is slow and interrupts a lot. There is not hot water (lukewarm at best). The shower drain is clogged. There is no Gym, went to the “sports centre” M floor, there is some construction in progress. I asked the reception staff there is NO GYM. At all.
