Prime Hotel

This was a perfect location to stay in South Beach. 5 min walk north to the strip, or east to the beach. Probably 50 restaurants in a 20 minute walking area. Just far enough away from the action to ensure quiet. Starbucks is 1 block away and a small grocery 2 blocks. The hotel itself was small, only 12 rooms, so there was no wait for service. The room had everything needed and a large balcony (king suite). There was a rainfall shower and satelite tv. Room was clean and proper. Pool on the roof was awesome. It was heated and a perfect chilling spot for after the beach. Often had the pool to ourselves. We were super happy with the choice to stay here.

What a pleasant surprise! We were looking for an affordable place for a layover before our cruise. Clicked on this location and found the rate ($175/nt total) to be reasonable. Check-in was pleasant, the room was spacious and clean and the bed wonderful. The location is great, easy walk to everything - beach restaurant, shopping. Easy Uber to the cruise port. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice lounge and pool area on the roof. Looking forward to staying here again and highly recommend.

**Check your credit card bill a few days after check out!** We were charged for a mini bar item, but we absolutely did not touch the mini bar during our stay. I have called the hotel twice asking for them to reverse the charge, and I am still waiting for a manager to call me back. Otherwise our stay was fine. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pool area was nice. They provided complementary cookies & bottled water in the room, and infused water in the lobby and pool areas in the morning. Room for improvement: I wish the room door had some type of physical latch/lock for extra security. Also, shower water pressure was low, and the water pooled to the middle of the bathroom floor.
