The hotel is quite comfortable for both business trips and short vacations. It has a strategic location and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is varied and tasty. However, the room wasn’t very soundproof—noise from the neighboring room was quite noticeable and affected the quality of rest. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay with decent facilities.
Very Nice hotel, friendly service, great rooms, super fast wifi. Enough vegetarian options at breakfast, but coffee not so good. Unfortunately still a lot of single use plastic, hard to refill your water bottle and they usually just give another plastic bottle. From a nice hotel like this, more sustainable should be expected.
The rooms is good. A lot of food options they offer on the breakfast. The pool in the rooftop was incredible, view of Mataram City. The only thing is the location. A bit difficult to find a food and mini-mart near Hotel, need to walk around 1.5 - 2.5 km. But luckily the room service food price reasonable. When you hungry, the food is on your finger tip. Overall is good..
