Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur Bali

Prime Plaza Sanur is truly a 5-star hotel in every way. The property is large, extremely comfortable, and offers everything you could need. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We're not used to receiving this level of care and attention every day, and it truly made all the difference in our experience. Our room was spotless, well-organized, and very private. The bed was super comfortable — perfect for recharging after a day of exploring or relaxing. The hotel is so complete that you really don’t need to leave. There’s a café, restaurant, massage services, live music in the bars and dining areas… If you’d rather skip the traffic and just enjoy your holiday in peace, this is the perfect place. The pool area is clean and beautiful, and the food is excellent. Service across the board — from the restaurants to the front desk and spa — was exceptional. For me, it’s a true 5-star experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort, relaxation, and top-notch hospitality!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Great pool and bar. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choice to suit everyone. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the beach and not too far from the shopping centre. The rooms could do with an update and they smelt a little musty on arrival, it would be good if they had the aircon running to get rid of the smell before you arrived. The bed was comfortable

This was originally a 2-star review, but since they blocked my honest feedback, it’s now a 1-star experience. What are you so afraid of? Censoring genuine reviews only makes customers trust you less. I chose this hotel for its proximity to my meeting venue, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The room felt obsolete, and the bathroom lock was broken. I booked a double bed but received two manually pushed-together twin beds, misleadingly classified as a "double bed." The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a good mix of local and Western options. However, pork dishes were served alongside other foods, raising doubts about cross-contamination and halal compliance. The stay was inconvenient and uncomfortable. I checked out as soon as possible. Not recommended for business travelers seeking efficiency and comfort.
