Primera Dru Hotel&Spa

Great hotel and resort. The pool area is fantastic - especially the smaller pool with the slides. As well, there is an indoor pool with relaxing jets as well as a kiddie pool and a pool for swimming laps. The room itself was large, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay (including air conditioning). The restaurant is fantastic and the prices are fair. The staff speak excellent English and are very accommodating. Overall, would not hesitate to recommend.

The staff is very kind and attentive. The spa (the part that is operational) is quite good, and the bar area is nice with reasonable prices. However, the rooms have a strong chlorine smell and the air is very stuffy.

The hotel is clean and modern Everything is very clean and looking good. We got a room near some air conditioning system which was quite loud It kept buzzing all night long. We are used to travel with ear plugs so we used them and it was ok. But it's the only reason why the room got only 4 stars. The spa is huge and the only drawback here is that people from outside the hotel can join by paying an entrance tax. So it can get crowded. The food is amazing! We ordered a la carte and it was great! The breakfast is also very good. We stayed in room 111. So if possible, stay as far away from it as possible. Not sure where it's better, but the buzzing in this room was annoying. Other than that, I recommend this place!
