Primero Hotel

First of all, it is worth mentioning the regularly cleaned rooms and the high level of commitment of the staff. I would rate the breakfast as just okay. However, this hotel is not the Hilton or the Conrad. I recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Constantinople. The price and location of the hotel definitely compensate for any potential downsides.

Great location right at the end of the street, 3 minute walk to the tram line where you can use to basically travel anywhere. Hotel is great but room is small, it’s sufficient for 2 people but can be a little cramped but that’s normal for the area. AC in the room is excellent. Clean and excellent reception staff, very kind and always accommodating.

This was my second stay at this wonderful little hotel, and I’m so glad I came back. The location is excellent—central, convenient, only a few minutes from Tram 1 Cemberlitas station and a short walk to Sultanahmet. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Farhat and Rashid (sorry if I misspelled their names) were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Umat went out of his way to make me feel at home, offering help with everything from local recommendations to little thoughtful touches that make a big difference. You can really feel the pride they take in their work. It’s rare to find such consistently great service, and it’s what will keep bringing me back.
