Great hotel and a nice lux suprise in a rather centrally located part of Tirana. Its near the “Block” area and it looks Vienna from outside, with four floors and very spacious capacity. The service was excellent and the amenities plenty. Real quiet and a pleasure to inhabit.
The man on the reception is not Friendly. They are layer. They mentioned on booking free parking; however, they don’t have. The bar on ground floor will is noisy and play loud music until 12 am
Hotel Primo made an unauthorized charge on my credit card of 1800 euros beside the reel fee of 170 euro for 2 nights. I have tried to contact them but without success and have now blocked my card. The bathroom is almost useless, because you will have water all over the floor afterwards. They did not have enough space for the breakfast because they were doing some reconstruction outside which also made a lot of noise from 0800 AM.
