Primoretz Grand Hotel & SPA

The hotel was really nice overall, but I was surprised to find that the only water available in the room was from the minibar. I paid €130 for the room and then had to pay an additional €7 for two 0.5L bottles of mineral water. For the last 15 years I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was the first place that didn’t provide free drinking water. It's a small detail, but it left a negative impression - just enough to make me decide I won’t be returning. 😄

I had high expectations for this hotel due to its reputation as one of the top establishments in Burgas. However, I was disappointed to find that the internet connection in the room and restaurant was subpar given the high price. Additionally, when I sought assistance at 5 pm, I was informed that the technicians work hours had ended. The elevators were unreliable, the gym required an additional fee, and the breakfast selection was limited.

Overall nice experience in this hotel, but we definitely were expecting something else for 5 stars and the money spent.. Pro: Good and tasty food, very friendly staff at the restaurants and spa area. We had some problems with stainy sheets provided and they changed them right away. Also gave complimentary in the room. Cons: the rooms are really outdated, old furniture, old smells in the rooms. There is nothing like in other 5stars hotels such as perfumed rooms or minor small things that make a difference. We spent a lot of time at front desk, and had a big issue with constant stained beddings - we don't understand if they were dirty or just iron burned. Even though they were changed, after cleaning we got other stained bedding back again. This should not happen in a 5stars hotel, ever. The inside pool is a bit rusty, cleaning in the restaurant area is not very visible. Also paid for sea view, but no sea view, only pool and trees. Also, having all this amount of money paid, the hotel parking is also with additional cost. This seems really incredible, as you are a paying hotel guest. The light is very low, just 2 lamps - as for not seeing very well the defects, stained furniture, cracked walls etc. Overall the hotel is decent, but not 5 stars at all. I don't believe the cost paid is worth with the experience and what you get in return.
