Primus Hotel Nanchang International Expo City

Infact, it's not true they don't want to give service, or they do not know what is good service. Unfortunately, they have a huge confusion about the instructions if it's in English. Else is more than a 5 * hotel with all amenities.

Great location for conference and meetings. I stayed for 5 days. As a foreigner it's not so easy to communicate with staff if you can only speak English. The food is good and staff is friendly. The location on Google maps is wrong, so don't trust Google maps to find this hotel. It is next to expo area which is like 40min away from the location here on Google maps. Unfortunately I can't suggest the correct location to Google since all services are blocked. In comparison to other international hotels in Shanghai, the wifi is blocked for western services all the time so even with vpns, reading e-mail is quite complicated and slow. The only disappointment so far was, that they did some power tests last night and my TV turned on several times in the nights so I could not sleep well. The location is spacious and nice and directly next to the expo area (3min to walk). I can recommend it if you are visiting the expo.
