Stayed here for 3 nights just a week ago. Was a good experience. The only problem is that a lot of the staff lack a basic understanding of English. Luckily Edison Wu was around. His english is pretty good and I think he should get promoted to the front desk. He was very helpful and contributed to our stay. The upstairs pool is nice but there is a few upkeeping and maintenance issues that the management should address. A company waterblaster would solve a lot of the unclean issues. Also they should look at working with a taxi company that doesn't have smokers - pretty annoying when you hop into a smoker taxi for 30minutes to get to any destination.
Nice new hotel close to the Pudong Airport. Room is a bit warm at 22C and you're unable to change it. The service is fine. However the shuttle bus driver to airport has a bad attitude. Would recommend 打车 to airport next time.
1) Likes: - Clean rooms, Good food, - Bar lady Atina was very active and friendly 👌🏼, - Best place for late arrival travelers...just15 minutes away from Pudong International Airport. 2) Dislikes: -Needs more team who speak English, - Needs 24 hour rooms service as it only serves room service to 11 PM.
