Really nice hotel! Enjoyed our time there. Everything you need at one place or nearby. With the bus you can go to the beach or more central. Go enjoy it!

The hotel was amazing: it was very clean and very well maintained. The reception team was just brilliant and incredibly helpful. The only low point was the additional €18 per person charge to use the spa, which wasn't mentioned on the website. Furthermore, you're not allowed to bring any drinks into the swimming pool area. This can be problematic as, at times, there aren't enough chairs available outside for guests to enjoy their drinks. The bar staff in the swimming pool area definitely need more training; their service pales in comparison to the reception team's excellence, as they were often very rude and unhelpful.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, be very careful to make sure your room door is properly closed. We learned this the hard way — one night, due to a small oversight, we left the door slightly ajar, and a group of teenagers entered while we were sleeping and stole items from the bathroom. While the incident was unfortunate, what truly disappointed us was the way the hotel staff handled the situation. We asked them to check the security cameras to identify the intruders, but instead of helping, they seemed eager to end the conversation quickly. We couldn’t tell whether they were protecting the culprits or were simply incompetent, but either way, it left us with a bitter taste. We also tried contacting the police, but no one answered. The biggest issue isn’t just that we suffered a loss and had to continue our stay with this on our minds, but that those thieves are still out there — and may strike again, especially with this kind of response from the staff and authorities. So please, be extra cautious. Always double-check that your door is fully closed and secured.
