Prince Angkor Hotel & Spa

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent—very close to shops, spas, grocery stores, and everything you might need. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the view overlooking the pool is just amazing. The staff treated us very kindly throughout our stay. A special thanks to Manager Say, who was extremely helpful and accommodating with all our requests. For the size of the rooms, cleanliness, and the prime location, the prices are absolutely worth it. We highly recommend staying here. The breakfast was also great, with a nice variety of dishes to choose from each morning.

Where to start.. This hotel and the staff are amazing. The standout feature is the staff. The Manager, Say is unbelievably friendly, kind and attentive. He always took the time to check on us. We even met his boss who manages the sister hotel and she was also super friendly and helpful. Next up, the head barman (can't spell his name) is probably the best I've ever experienced, this guy appears like a ninja whenever I even thought I might need a drink. Front desk staff were also extremely helpful and attentive, with a special mention for Chhat who with the help of the manager Say convinced us that this was the hotel we needed to book into after our poor experience at a different Siem Reap hotel and were searching for a different hotel to move to. Overall, Prince Angkor Hotel is a great place to stay in Siem Reap for comfort, service, friendliness, location and vibe. Finally, a special mention to the staff in the massage spa, these girls were also fabulous.

Fantastic hotel, nice pool, gym facilities & great location in Siem Reap. All the amenities are walking distance & the Angkorwat Temple is just 20 minutes drive away. The staff including Mr Sambo, Jay, the Chef & all the others have contributed immensely to make our stay memorable in Cambodia. Some of them attended to us in the early morning at 5:00am & the handyman assisted in cutting our suitcase padlock without asking anything in return. They are very good people & will serve from their heart. Highly recommended if you want an amazing experience in Siem Reap.
