The stuff was very friendly, everything was exceptionally clean and well done! Would recommend to visit Santa Maria di Castellabate because of its beautiful streets, restaurants and sunsets.

The room is fine. No complaints about them. The pool is nice but they are ridiculously strict about swim caps! You can’t even be near the edge of the pool without one on, which is ridiculous because there was another woman with long hair in the pool. She only had the swim camp on 1/4 of her head and the rest of her long hair was out but NOTHING was said to her, while I got scolded out at for dangling my feet in the water without one on. If you’re looking for non Italian tourists, maybe provide these caps in your room if they are such a must. They are unheard of in North America and we won’t be traveling with them. Breakfast selection was very poor. Store bought pastries, some cheese and cold eggs. Front desk reception was friendly.

A disaster, we planned on spending our last day by fhe pool but we were horrified by how they didn't care about covid situation. No sanitizing, wait staff had masks, owner went around without one during meal hours. Never cleaned our room. Don't disinfect the pool area. In this period absolutely unacceptable. Anyway, 4 star maybe when they opened, now it's a barely 3.
