From the moment we arrived at Prince Galle Hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The location is absolutely perfect—tucked away in the heart of Galle Fort, yet peaceful and serene, with everything just a short stroll away. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding service. Every member of the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and the attention to detail was impeccable. A special thank you to Saranga, whose warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness made our stay even more memorable. One of the highlights of our visit was the best breakfast experience we’ve had anywhere—beautifully presented, generous, and absolutely delicious. From fresh local fruits to homemade specialties, every bite was a treat. Another thoughtful touch that we loved was the refreshing homemade ice tea offered on arrival—a simple gesture that felt so personal and welcoming. Prince Galle is a true gem—elegant, charming, and run with heart. We can’t wait to return!
We had such a lovely experience staying at the Prince of Galle. Right from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome and at home. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They really took the time to talk with us, checking in throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The kitchen staff were especially fantastic. During the amazing five-course breakfast, they explained each drink and dish in detail, including all the ingredients and their health benefits. It turned breakfast into such a special, personal experience. Overall, every member of the team went out of their way to chat with us and see if there was anything we needed. That genuine, caring hospitality really made all the difference for us.
Amazing hotel with super kind staff! It’s located in a beautiful position, quiet and easy to reach! The rooms are cleaned and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious with many different mains! They also helped us booking a tuktuk, who brought us, during the afternoon, in a 3 hours trip from Galle to our next stop stopping in many nice places on the road
