We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! We only stayed a night. My husband booked us a room, with dinner & breakfast included. Our first room was a little musty, we tried to get over it but decided to go to the desk to see if there was anything they could do. It did have a nice view off the street. They switched us to a beautiful room located in the cellars, which was cool (great for a hot summer day) and quiet. The bed was comfortable! The restaurant (Noble) was amazing ; wonderful food, great customer service, and beautiful aesthetic. The hotel was located near many things making it convenient. This hotel was recommended to us by my husband’s mom and my husband’s grandma ; now we will be a part of the group recommending it to others!

We had such a wonderful afternoon tea experience at the Prince of Wales Hotel. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance—fancy yet classical, with a timeless charm that made us feel like we were stepping back into a more elegant era 😍 The tea service was well presented. Everything we tasted was delicious—from the delicate finger sandwiches to the freshly baked scones and perfectly crafted desserts 🥰 The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, which made the entire experience feel extra special and relaxing. If you’re visiting Niagara on the Lake, this is definitely a must-do. It's the perfect way to slow down, indulge, and enjoy a bit of classic luxury in a charming setting 🧁🥪🫖☕️🍨

We loved our stay. The staff was so kind and helpful. The location was perfect! The room was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the spa. There is nothing that I would change. We hope to return again. A special to shout out to Jason the bellhop, Brandan , who provided shuttle service and Niko at the front desk. Thank you all for doing your job so well and thank you to other kind staff, but we just don’t know their names. All were fantastic!!
