Two night stay in the summer. Staff very friendly and helpful. provided a wet room for my handicapped husband and a fan since it was warm but our highest praise is for the food. The cook was. we were told, a runner up on master chef. The food was imaginative, delicious and beautifully presented. A real find.
A lovely hotel situated in the middle of Shrewsbury. The staff are amazing and certainly go the extra mile to make your stay relaxing and memorable. The food in the restaurant was lovely was shame we only stayed one night. Car parking was only short walk from hotel which is understandable due to hotel location. Would highly recommend booking to stay.
Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room had a superb bathroom but the room itself was fairly jaded. This mix of quality applies elsewhere e.g. In the dining room. Location is great for visiting Shrewsbury. However, the streets leading to the hotel and to the car park (a few minutes walk from the hotel) are tricky to navigate if you have a large car.
