if you want a 5 star experience book the rooms on the upper floors
Great i dont understand why there are 4 star rewiews this is a 5 star hotel!!!
Before I begin my review, I would like to state that I travelled here in a major group (around 30-40 people). I stayed here from Monday - Saturday (Saturday being the departure day). I was nicely greeted by the staff, with most of them having a polite attitude towards me torought my stay. I will have to say that I am quite shocked how nice and quiet it is. I was provided breakfast, lunch and dinner service, with pre-chosen meals for my whole group. So let's take a look at my ratings for my stay: Rooms were questionably clean, with lots of signs of decay and mold on the bathroom walls. The service was amazing, nothing to say there. The location is quite good aswell, the only thing that I have to criticize is that there aren't as many facilities in a 5 min walking range compared to other hotels I stayed in Poiana Brasov. Overall, I will have to give this hotel a 4 star review (but this is a very generous offer), considering 350-400 RON per night at other hotels in the area can get you a very different and much more pleasant experience. Thank you to the hotel staff for having me and I will hope to come here again soon, hopefully to see some improvements.
