Princess Family Club Riviera All Inclusive

We've returned from a 7 night stay at this resort and we're very happy with our entire stay. Our children have nut allergies and we worked with concierge to have a note written to present at all restaurants as soon as we checked in. Every meal we presented the letter and walked around with the chef and restaurant manager to advise what had nuts. The chef and restaurant manager at the Riviera Buffet (closest to Lobby) were excellent and really elevated the trip for us due to their extreme professionalism and care. The ice cream parlour was such a hit and the ladies we're always so friendly! They made some great milkshakes and banana splits. The pools were fun and we had great entertainment from bingo, water polo and water aerobics. The foam party was a highlight for everyone. Unfortunately, the beach is filled with seaweed. This is impacting all resorts, not just this one. They are trying, but it seems to be a losing battle. Overall, we had a great stay!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the Kids Club! Jessi, Paula, Viri, and Bety were all outstanding — super friendly, incredibly helpful, and so accommodating with the kids. Our children absolutely loved every moment they spent there. Everything was excellent from start to finish, and the care and attention they provided made it feel like the best Kids Club we’ve ever been to. When we asked our son what he liked most about our trip to Mexico, without hesitation he said, “the Kids Club!” That says it all. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for making it such a wonderful and memorable experience!

The Family Club is great for those traveling with Littles! From the Kids Club to the separate Pirate Buffet, having the extra amenities all together is very helpful and allows parents to get around quicker than trekking the whole resort. Having the convenient location near the shuttle ensures the kiddos don’t get as tired as they might without it. This is my second time here with kids. I personally think the buffet here is great, not quite as many options as the full buffet but good food. The kids are always able to find lots that they like. I chose to add photos of the Pirate buffet.
