The location of the hotel is really good. The staff were very polite and helpful. We had a problem with our tire and the manager helped us figure everything out. The food was nice and the view from our room.
Overall im delighted with this hotel, very kind staff ( ALL OF THEM! ) We had a small inconvenience, but the reservation manager took it personally and solved it in minutes! All of the receptionists were very kind, they even sent us a compliment ( even when the problem was totally not their fault!! ) the food was okay, the pool was pleasent! Again BIG THANKS TO THE RESERVATION MANAGER - She is a true professional!
Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice and the manager so kind and friendly and take care of every detail. The room was clean and with a sea view. I recommend this place and thank you for the great service.
