Princess Grand Jamaica Resort All Inclusive

This is truly an amazing resort. As a former hotelier, I know that it typically takes about two years to work out the natural “teething” problems that come with a new opening. When I visited during the first three months, I did notice a few small issues—but the way the team handled them was exceptional. The moment I reached out, asked a question, or expressed a concern, they went above and beyond to make it right. Hospitality is truly at the heart of this property. The execution is strong, the food is excellent, and the staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. The layout, architecture, and ambience are stunning, creating the perfect setting for a memorable stay. Thank you to Princess Grand, Angelia, and the entire team for your hard work and dedication—you are amazing. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. As an advisor, I have upcoming bookings here, and I’m confident my clients will be just as impressed. Every request I’ve made so far has been met with care and precision. This resort is destined to become one of the top go-to destinations in Jamaica.

Let me start by saying WOWWW!!!!! The Princess Grand is by far the best resort that I've been to. Everything was literally perfect. The rooms are modern, clean and look exactly like the online pics. The staff were so polite, friendly, helpful, accessible and available. The resort has multiple pools and they were all clean and beautiful. The food was perfect and plentiful. The MVP Bar was lit!!! There was a show every night and they were giving Broadway production vibes. Lastly, it is definitely a family friendly environment. I am not being paid for this review, nor do I know the owners. The resort was literally a dream and I will absolutely be back again.

I’ll start with the positive. The resort is beautiful and the staff was friendly and outgoing. My butler Rayon was attentive to all of my requests. Now for the rest… The food was unimpressive. There are a few great dishes like the brown stew chicken and cabbage but the rest was underwhelming. Because the website is difficult to navigate we missed out on information that impacted our stay. For instance, had we understood the difference in amenities between the adult side and the family side we probably would have booked on the adult side. The beauty that I mentioned as a positive will probably be short lived as this is a fairly new property and there are already signs of issues with housekeeping and maintenance. I asked for fresh towels one morning and didn’t receive them until later in the evening. The sink water smells like sewage. The power shut off multiple times in during our stay.
