Princess Maya Butik Hotel

We were hesitant to arrive due to a few reviews, but the rooms were clean and the staff was very attentive. The air conditioning worked, and we even got cold and slept with our blankets. It came on after 3-5 minutes, and there were no problems. There was also a dog mentioned; if I hadn't seen it in the morning, I wouldn't have known it was there, nor would I have liked its smell.

Nice and clean

We reserved the rooms for 2 days over the phone and agreed on a price that corresponded to the online prices. When we arrived to the hotel, one hour before a wedding of a friend, the reception charged us twice the price that we agreed. We did not have time to look for other options, since we were in a hurry and the way of communication of the receptionist was awful. He did not listen or look at our face while arguing. Moreover the hotel looked renovated from outside, but the rooms were minimally touched. The carpet ended before the wall, looking extremely dirty. The walls were very thin that we could hear the other rooms the whole night. The towels didn't smell washed. Overall experience was extremely poor. Will never go again or recommend to anyone. Extreme warning!!!
