The staff are amazing, the manager is excellent. The owners are griddy the hotel need major renovations time to upgrade or demo and rebuild. The hotel as nothing that attract you to stay . Seriously time for upgrade. The layout seriously 😳 the architect needs a beating .

Don’t be fooled by the photos on their website or on Agoda / third party platforms. The hotel is extremely dated, with wooden doors that have no secure lock system, hard beds and extremely lackluster facilities. Definitely not a 4 star standard but more like 2? Also a very confusing lift system to get to my room where I had to use to lifts just to get to my room. Location wise, not right by the beach as advertised but more like a 20 min walk. My first and last time, pity, I wanted a nice hotel for my solo travel time.

We booked the hotel for 7 days and ran away after just one night. The room was clean, but everything else was terrible. The hotel is extremely old – it looks like a prison. We had to go through two old elevators just to reach the room. Breakfast felt like it was in a hospital – there was almost nothing to eat, and what was there wasn’t fresh. There’s a construction site next to the hotel, and we constantly heard renovation noise. The air conditioner in the room sounded like a tractor. It’s listed as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, the experience felt more like a prison than a hotel. It’s a shame the hotel’s true appearance isn’t honestly reflected, and tourists are misled into coming here.
