Princess Senses The Mangrove Resort Adults Only

My stay at the Princess Hotel was nothing short of amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Ms. Case. She was absolutely exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail. Her commitment to excellent service made me feel valued and cared for throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and top-notch amenities. But it’s the people like Ms. Case who truly elevate the experience. She is a gem and a true asset to the Princess Hotel team. I will absolutely be returning—and recommending this hotel to everyone I know!

Pristine hotel! We loved it! Main lobby is open and I dont know how they did it but there was always a lovely fragrance. We were greeted with rum punch and cold towel, nice touch. Main desk always pleasant. Everyone on the resort was very kind, courteous and helpful. Food at buffet although à great variety, we found it to often be lukewarm. We loved our room, modern, spacious and kept very clean with housekeeping and minifridge restocked everyday. The resort is HUGE, lots to see and very well decored. The beach, its nice, quiet and water calm, my only disappointment, being beach lovers was it wasn't very deep to swim in, alot of the guests commenter on this. We are used to deeper, clearer, bluer water in Jamaica, so this beach didnt comparé to others we've been to but we made the most of it and still spent our entire days there...we are not pool people, we prefer quiet and less crowded and listening to water and not loud music, but that's us. Overall wonderful resort, would highly recommend. Great service from every aspect of the resort!

My Daughter and I stayed at this resort last week, and it was absolutely amazing! From the beauty of the resort to the staff, it was just what the Dr. ordered, and I could not have asked for anything more! At the Platinum Club, Cory, Ricardo, Tiffany and the bartender Rayvon were great! Our Butler, Roy, took such great care of us, Thank You! Janice in Room Service was great, as well as the staff from Housekeeping and Snacks! I have been telling my family and friends about this resort, and they will be booking soon, I am already planning my next trip here. I have been to Jamaica multiple times, and this by far is my favorite resort! Thank You for all that you do, you are appreciated!
