Princess Sun Hotel All Inclusive

We were really pleased with our stay at Princess Beach Hotel. We stayed in a family room which was well designed to maximise space and despite all our stuff the room never felt crowded, and was really clean - first time a room actually looks as new and clean as the pictures! Staff are really friendly , and the pool areas were always well maintained. The hot food section in the buffet was less than what we've seen before but this wasn't a bad thing as it meant it was unlikely there were left overs for the next day. They hardly use singe use plastics (glass bottles in the restaurant and hard plastics by the pool) which is good to see. There is a short (5 min) shuttle bus ride to the beach which is by the sister hotel which means you can eat and drink by the beach too. The car hire lady, Cristina was absolutely lovely and helpful. There were a few things that could have been better but I didn't feel they were significant enough to drop a star. - The plates in the main restaurant weren't always clean there were always a couple which had food residue - perhaps more attention can be given to this before putting them out. - You get a few 500ml bottles of water in your room when you arrive but these are not replenished, we bought a large pack of 6 from the hotel shop for €4.50 it wasn't really a big deal. - A clock and a couple more bins by the pools wouldn't go amiss. - There is a play park in the kids club but not one for the kids to play in the evening for example. This would have been great to give the kids something to do as apart from the evening disco at 20:30 there wasn't a lot for them to do in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Hotel room was spacious and clean, location was nice and sea views as mentioned in holidays packs. Reception staffs ware courteous and very helpful. Bar and restaurant staffs ware helpful. Only snags were jacuzzi and sauna bar had appointment system and small rooms. Beach bar restaurant was quite nice but limited drinks otherwise it was beautiful place.

The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming, however we requested to book the Greek tavern restaurant on several occasions and never heard back about any booking bee made. The breakfast was the same every day and lacking in choice. The food choices were better for lunch and dinner. The pizzas in the pool snack bar were freshly made. The views were spectacular and we had the sea view room which added a little extra on an evening for us to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.
