Property is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had 2 reservations with a 4 day break between them. Hotel allowed us to leave one piece of luggage behind at no charge. It is on a quiet street with no noise. Highly recommend. Good value.
We stayed here only one night before heading to the airport. We arrived very late on a Saturday night and upon request the reception allowed us to have late checkout without charge. They also kept our bags while we were out exploring. The room was really big with a separate seating area with sofa and desk. There was also a small balcony. The breakfast was ok. They have coffee, hot water for tea and still water always available for guests in the breakfast area.
The hotel has a good location, it has everything nearby Shopping Center, supermarket, restaurant, public transport... the hotel is not very big but the staff who work are very friendly, they are willing to help in everyone. During our stay, two weeks, we had no inconvenience. The place for breakfast is a bit small, but the staff who work in the kitchen section are so friendly that we forget about the space and enjoy our breakfast. Thank you Gisel, Claudia, Marias, Marín and Brandon. You made our day start with joy.
