Principe Alogna Hotel & SPA

The service at Principe Alogna Hotel & SPA was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy ambiance, tasteful decor, and a tranquil atmosphere, it was easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast was also delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, providing the perfect start to each day. Additionally, the hotel is located in a quiet area, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. It’s worth noting that Principe Alogna Hotel & SPA is about 40 minutes by car from both Palermo center and Cefalù, offering a serene escape while still being accessible to these vibrant destinations.

Stay for 5 days in Jan 25 - check-in/out very easy, staff super friendly and helpful and room-size and furniture ok. However, we experienced most days problems with the heating system (it was ~10-12°C outside and very moist) which was only partly working, or not at all, as well as the hot-water system. Shower would go from normal to hot to very cold without discernible reason. They were trying to fix it, but with little success. I am certain a stay in a period during which heat is not needed would not encounter these issues. Breakfast and dinner good.

forgot a t shirt by the pool and disappeared. their only reply was excusing themselves by saying there were too many people in the pool that day. room and pool were nice and new but the experience happening upon our arrival left us a bit cold
