We have been there by the camper. The campsite is well organised, and immaculate and the view is fantastic. Showers and toilets built like in a bomb shelter will allow you to use them anytime during the night without disturbing people. At the reception, we were pleased to meet a very nice and welcoming atmosphere.
Had a stay this week and we were delighted with the wonderful service provided. The 5 course dinner blew us away, as we would never expected this degree of excellence. The view is amazing all over the hotel.

The carpets in the hallways are dirty, we had dirty towels two times (once lipstick, once some dark stains), spiderwebs in the entrance hall, overflowing trash cans in the wellness area, strange smell in the elevator and hallways, long brown hair on the bathroom floor (not ours, we both have short hair). The staff in the wellness area was very rude - sadly that is what stays in mind the most. In general the staff was impolite and not hospitable. We will definitely come back here for dinner, but stay the night elsewhere.
