This is our first choice every time we visit Cartagena and for good reason. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Every team member goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. A special thanks to Maria, whose warmth and attention to detail made our stay even more memorable..

Hotel is gorgeous tastefully done rooms are nicely. Sized service is incredible. Maria was amazing and visit. The restaurants are all top-notch.

Pro’s: - The room was beautiful and clean - Comfortable XL bed (and I’m fussy) - Good A/C - Good WIFI - Excellent location for getting about / safe area - Good shower and bathroom - Staff were kind and helpful - Not next to any bars with noise coming from them Con’s: - Sound insulation is terrible - I was constantly woken up by other guests coming and leaving at all hours of the night for the whole duration of my stay. If you’re on the ground floor be aware. This is the reason for my lower rating, otherwise would have been 5*. - Doesn’t feel like there’s any proper customer service or communal areas like in other hotels. You sort of enter and it’s bedrooms straight away. Not a big disadvantage but not what you expect for this price point. There is someone who is by the door most of the time but they don’t even bother to get up and open it for you, you have to fumble in your lock code each time despite them being 1m away.
