We stayed here for two days, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. The place felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel. Super spacious, clean, and cozy. We were on a high floor, and the view was just stunning. Especially in the nights. city lights on sides and the peaceful waterway in the middle. It was so quiet and relaxing, exactly what we needed after a busy few weeks. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable. It truly made our stay feel special and memorable from start to finish. Would highly recommend it for couples or anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic escape.
Don’t come here they steal your money they lie to you and you won’t be able to enjoy your stay me and my family were eating at the little restaurant. They have a problem getting up to walk into the lobby. The waiter touched me by my arm and asked where I was going. I let staff know and nothing was done about it. I wanted to extend my stay by one day and I had to pay $247 upfront. I only got 128 back when I told them that I wanted to reverse everything upon what had happened They keep your money they have attitudes. Do not goto round tree if you’re looking to enjoy your getaway.
The views from this hotel are beautiful. But let me tell you about the actual hotel Itself. All the bedsheets and covers are stained, it’s disgusting! You can tell once you walk in that they do not clean the rooms as they should be cleaned. There was hair follicles from the people before me in the shower. Aside from that, waiting for the elevator was a nightmare. I would be waiting for an elevator for over 30 minutes and at times when it would arrive it would be packed so I had to wait for another elevator. Keep in mind there’s only 2. The pool was somewhat great, only thing is it would be overly packed with a small pool area and little to zero available pool chairs. The only thing that made my stay better was the restaurant One Oak bistro, the ladies that serviced me executed great customer service and care. The drinks were delicious and i can’t forget about the pancake's! The ladies were really nice and are the true definition of excellent service!
