Our stay was just AMAZING! The location is great, having sea view studio was the best. Rooms are clean and facilities are very good with pools and activities by the sea for everyone. Great location for families.

I strongly warn against dealing with this property — specifically Apartment 5507 — which is owned or managed by a Russian couple. I experienced a complete violation of my privacy when someone entered the apartment without permission while my wife, who wears a hijab, was inside. This was accompanied by verbal abuse and offensive language that nearly escalated into physical violence. One of the individuals was holding what appeared to be a metal object — or something similar — and was aggressively waving it in my face. All of this happened simply because I was 30 minutes late in checking out, despite the fact that many high-end hotels often offer late check-outs until 3 PM without issue. In addition, I was falsely accused of stealing items during a previous stay at this same property about two years ago — with no clear evidence presented. The aggressive, uncivilized behavior of these individuals — the violation of guest privacy, and the traumatic incident that caused severe emotional distress to my wife and children — is in clear violation of the laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates. Furthermore, it tarnishes the reputation of this global platform. Accordingly, I have filed an official complaint with the relevant authorities to pursue legal action and seek compensation for the emotional and psychological harm caused by this humiliating and threatening experience to me and my family. Once again, I strongly urge anyone considering staying in Apartment 5507 to reconsider and find a safer alternative. This place is not safe for a family.
