I attended a training/seminar here for work and had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, hot shower with cold air conditioning that made the space comfortable throughout. The Wi-Fi was fairly fast, which was convenient for both work and personal use. Location was close to a variety of food establishments, making it easy to grab meals during breaks. Overall, it was a nice and cozy experience, and I'd consider staying here again for future work-related events.

As a hotelier, I do recognize a good from bad service. And therefore, I commend Privato QC for their excellent customer service. The room rate was fine. My son really enjoyed the pool tho it was small. However, I just do suggest to renovate the lounge cos it looks so dull. But overall, the staffs are nice and courteous. The room and hallways are clean.

We checked in over the weekend for a quick getaway to relax. We arrived around 1:30 PM and noticed some guests who arrived earlier were already checked in. While I understand the standard check-in is at 2:00 PM, it was just off-putting to see for me. The room itself was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, several issues affected our experience. The WiFi wasn’t working, the telephone had no dial tone, and the TV wasn’t functional—basic amenities we were expecting. To add to the frustration, the bidet was leaking, and we found a small cockroach in the bathroom. My partner was understandably upset, and while I remained patient, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. We appreciated the complimentary cheesecake and late check-out, but these weren’t enough to make up for the inconvenience. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to help improve future guest experiences.
