Check in is so easy. Welcomed with a drink and cold water. Room wasn't ready yet, but they let us go ahead and grab some lunch. Andres was super helpful and kind keeping us informed about our room status. Every time we saw him he checked to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The rooms have been renovated and are so comfortable. The restaurants and service everywhere were fantastic! We keep returning and will because we love it here so much!

We had our honeymoon here and it was perfect!This was our first all inclusive experience but we talked to multiple different couples and who have been all over and say that this resort is the best! It’s the perfect size resort! Small and intimate but still lots to do! Excursions can be booked through the resort. ALL staff is so friendly, helpful and detail oriented. The whole island is safe to leave the resort and explore. We WILL be back for anniversaries!

I was so impressed with the attentive customer service and quality of the room, facilities and food from this hotel. Everyone was so kind and made sure we were taken care of. The room was beautiful, modern and clean. The pool and cabanas by the beach were great. The location is perfect, with having the beach so close, as well as the main streets, shops, golf cart rentals and adventure centers. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely want to come back!
